
Business Development Manager – Water Treatment, Data Centre Cooling

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Identify and target key players in the Data Centre sector within the Dutch market
• Develop and secure contracts across multiple sites
• Establish a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities
• Extend existing contracts to additional locations
• Implement proven technical solutions across customer portfolios
• Accelerate the implementation process and revenue generation
• Manage sales processes that involve significant technical challenges including water treatment, cooling systems, and energy performance
• Create high-value technical and commercial proposals
• Coordinate with internal teams such as technical experts, engineering, and operations
• Engage with key stakeholders including engineering, operations, and procurement
• Position Chem-Aqua as a reliable partner in water treatment and cooling optimization
• Proven experience in B2B technical sales, preferably in:
• Water treatment (chemicals and/or services)
• Industrial cooling, HVAC, or thermal systems
• Critical environments such as Data Centres, industrial facilities, or utilities
• Currently employed by a company that specializes in water treatment, chemical solutions, or technical services for critical infrastructure
• Demonstrated success in selling intricate technical solutions
• Experience with Data Centres is advantageous, but not essential
• Fluent in English is required
• Proficiency in Dutch is highly regarded (professional level preferred)
