This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Identify and seek out new business opportunities within the designated region to enhance revenue growth.
• Formulate and implement strategic prospecting plans to cultivate leads and establish a strong sales pipeline.
• Interact with decision-makers at targeted organizations to comprehend their needs and position Phigenics’ solutions as the ideal choice.
• Present persuasive presentations and proposals that effectively convey value propositions and return on investment (ROI).
• Negotiate and finalize deals to meet or surpass sales targets and profitability objectives.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation processes for new clients.
• Keep track of market trends and competitor activities to discover emerging opportunities and sustain a competitive advantage.
• Represent Phigenics at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand recognition and generate leads.
• Maintain precise records of sales activities and forecasts in CRM systems to aid reporting and planning.
• Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Microbiology.
• 1–5 years of experience preferred; water-related experience in engineering or sciences is highly advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of building water systems, boiler systems, cooling towers/chillers, energy efficiency, and utility engineering, including ROI calculations.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; ability to deliver impactful presentations.
• Strong interpersonal abilities with the capacity to build and sustain cross-functional relationships.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Proficient in MS Office, Gmail, and Google applications.
• Professional attire (coat and tie or equivalent) is expected; personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required on-site.
