This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.
• The Business Development Manager for the MENA region will be the key catalyst in the company's growth strategy, working with both new and existing partners as well as Business Development Managers in Turkey.
• An individual who can recognize and foster robust, enduring strategic relationships with both new and existing partners.
• Implement the company's growth strategy by engaging with Introducing Brokers, Strategic Partners, and BDMs in Turkey to boost revenue and broaden our regional presence.
• Spearhead expansion into new markets within Turkey by forging new strategic alliances in the area and leveraging established and past partner connections.
• Actively seek opportunities to enhance current processes across various functional areas, streamlining our procedures for greater efficiency and productivity.
• Over 5 years of experience as a commercial development manager or partnerships manager within the trading sector, particularly in FX or CFD.
• A transferable book of business is preferred.
• Capability to execute and plan concurrently.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Highly self-motivated and driven.
• Native Arabic speaker with excellent command of English.
• Ability to operate under tight deadlines and motivate the team to achieve commercial objectives effectively.
