This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Finalize and implement the go-to-market strategy for the channel in collaboration with the management team.
• Create a digital playbook for both online and in-person sales channels.
• Recruit naturopaths, nutritionists, physicians, and pharmacists as advocates, providing them with essential knowledge and fostering long-term relationships.
• Utilize AI-driven research and automation for managing contacts and sales processes.
• Organize webinars, training sessions, and professional circles.
• Conduct one-on-one consultations with end customers.
• Develop B2B channels with larger practices, clinics, and corporations, along with pharmacy distribution and listing avenues.
• Structure channel agreements and incorporate advocates into the affiliate program.
• Collaborate with Brand Activation to create appropriate point-of-sale materials.
• Establish a CRM system, automation, and KPIs to oversee channel costs and profitability.
• Provide product insights from professional practice back into the portfolio.
• Build and lead a team for the channel in the future.
• Qualification as a naturopath, a degree in nutrition science or ecotrophology, training in nutritional counseling, a medical or pharmaceutical background (PTA, PKA, or MFA), or a similar qualification.
• Sales experience in field sales, professional consulting, or partner management.
• Proven experience in building business relationships or channels, rather than just managing them.
• A hunter mentality combined with a robust builder’s mindset.
• Experience with, or a willingness to adopt, AI and automation for research, segmentation, preparation, and follow-up tasks.
• Strategic thinking paired with strong operational execution capabilities.
• Knowledge of relevant compliance regulations for dietary supplements, especially concerning health claims and German healthcare advertising laws, or the ability to quickly acquire this knowledge.
• Willingness to travel within Germany for practice visits, training sessions, conferences, and trade shows.
• Flexible work-from-anywhere policy, with a maximum time difference of 3 hours from Berlin.
