This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Identify key stakeholders within the NIPT market and develop a comprehensive long-term business and sales strategy.

• Establish a network of Key Opinion Leaders and distribution channels.

• Engage actively in the sales process while leading a team of sales representatives.

• Advocate for the company’s products and services.

• Foster long-lasting relationships with both new and existing customers.

• Proactively pursue new business opportunities within the market.


⛳️ Requirements

• A sales-driven and goal-oriented individual.

• Exceptional selling, communication, and negotiation abilities.

• A robust background in sales representation, demonstrating a track record of success.

• Comprehensive understanding of the local healthcare sector, especially in the private domain.

• Proven leadership capabilities, with the ability to collaborate within a team while also acting independently with key market stakeholders.

• Develop and enhance a network of medical centers, clinics, gynecologists, oncologists, and medical laboratories to promote and sell GenePlanet’s genetic testing products (NIPT, Cancer Screen, etc.).

• Conduct training sessions and educational events to ensure external partners are well-informed about GenePlanet’s products and services—particularly in gynecology, obstetrics, IVF, and oncology.

• Continuously assess the competitive landscape and proactively discover new business opportunities in the market.

• Please be aware that this role entails fieldwork and occasional travel to surrounding regions to effectively engage with medical professionals and partners.

• Proficiency in English is essential; any additional language skills are advantageous.
