This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will identify key target organizations within the public sector and local government landscape.

• You will create structured prospecting lists and take proactive measures to engage potential customers through email, LinkedIn, and phone calls.

• In close collaboration with our Sales Director, you will establish a dependable sales pipeline.

• You will conduct qualified initial conversations and discovery calls, assess customer needs, and systematically qualify opportunities for the subsequent steps in the sales process.

• You will employ modern research techniques, buying signals, and AI-driven personalization to effectively identify target customers and facilitate qualified discussions.

• You will formulate audience-specific outreach sequences and continuously refine messaging, targeting, and methodology based on campaign and performance analytics.

• You will meticulously maintain and organize HubSpot, transparently document sales activities, and support data-driven management of outreach, forecasting, and deal progression.

• You will assist in establishing initial Clay workflows and integrate HubSpot, Clay, and other outreach and go-to-market tools into efficient prospecting and outreach processes.

• You will experiment with new campaigns, analyze outcomes, and perpetually enhance processes, sequences, and workflows to sustainably boost efficiency and conversion rates.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in business development, SDR roles, or B2G sales.

• Proficiency with a modern go-to-market stack: you have worked with current sales and GTM tools, particularly HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach platforms such as Lemlist, Apollo, or similar alternatives.

• Excellent, clear, and audience-appropriate communication skills, both in writing and verbally.

• A structured, independent working style with a strong sense of ownership and a willingness to learn.

• A keen interest in technology and AI: you are engaged with modern GTM and prospecting processes and recognize the importance of AI-supported research, personalization, and data-driven outreach.

• Initial experience with Clay or comparable tools, as well as background in SaaS, startup, or public sector environments, is a plus.
