This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Build and enhance relationships with premier owners, engineering firms, and EPCs in the North Central region.
• Nurture and sustain connections with key clients, gaining insights into their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to synchronize strategies and enhance sales processes.
• Develop and oversee sales budgets, project future sales forecasts, and manage expenditures to maximize profitability.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to pinpoint opportunities or potential challenges to Hubbell’s sales achievements.
• Cultivate and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Renewable market trends and technologies.
• Provide support to field sales through technical expertise, product training, and educational demonstrations.
• Monitor key projects from initiation to completion utilizing Salesforce and Power BI.
• Remain updated on industry standards and relay updates to the sales team.
• Represent Hubbell at significant trade shows and conferences.
• Collaborate with owners/developers and engineering firms to ensure Hubbell product specifications are included in new designs and projects.
• Organize and implement strategic contractor events, regional meetings, and industry trade shows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Communications (preferred).
• Experience in electrical or renewable markets (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Power BI.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Self-driven, team-oriented, and focused on results.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to identify and address issues promptly.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
