This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Lead the end-to-end sales process for used vehicles through B2B channels, focusing primarily on maximizing volume, margin, and market penetration.
• Dealer Channel Management: Discover new business opportunities, onboard new dealer partners, and enhance existing relationships to foster sustained growth.
• Relationship Building & Account Management: Act as the main point of contact for dealership buyers, cultivating trust-based relationships through consistent communication, dependable service, and a thorough understanding of client needs.
• Strategic Pricing Alignment: Keep an eye on local market trends and competitor pricing to ensure our vehicle pricing remains competitive and in line with broader company objectives.
• Problem Solving & Operational Excellence: Proactively identify and resolve challenges within the remarketing process, addressing issues from inventory management to buyer concerns.
• B2B Sales & Negotiation: A minimum of 4 years of experience in a fast-paced B2B sales environment, demonstrating strong influencing and negotiation skills.
• Data-Driven Strategy & Market Analysis: Comfortable analyzing market trends and leveraging data to inform pricing and sales strategies.
• Problem-Solving & Independence: Detail-oriented with a proactive approach and the ability to work autonomously.
• Tech & Tools Proficiency: Proficient with CRM systems, digital sales platforms, and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Automotive Knowledge: Familiarity with vehicle valuation, reconditioning, and inventory management is advantageous.
• Mobility & Driving Requirements: Willingness to travel at least 30% within the territory and possess a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
