This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Lead B2B Sales by managing the complete sales cycle for pre-owned vehicles through B2B channels, focusing primarily on enhancing volume, profit margins, and market presence.
• Dealer Channel Management: Discover new business opportunities, onboard new dealer partners, and strengthen existing relationships to foster sustainable growth.
• Relationship Building & Account Management: Act as the main point of contact for dealership buyers. Cultivate trust-based relationships through consistent communication, dependable service, and a profound understanding of client needs.
• Strategic Pricing Alignment: Keep track of local market trends and competitor pricing to ensure our vehicle pricing remains competitive and aligns with broader company objectives.
• Problem Solving & Operational Excellence: Proactively identify and resolve challenges within the remarketing process, including inventory management and buyer concerns.
• 4+ years of experience in a high-paced B2B sales environment with strong influencing and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in analyzing market trends and utilizing data to inform pricing and sales strategies.
• Detail-oriented, with a proactive approach and the capability to work independently.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, digital sales platforms, and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of vehicle valuation, reconditioning, and inventory management is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel at least 30% within the territory and possess a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
