This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Oversee projects pertaining to the creation of test equipment, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, budget constraints, timelines, and quality standards.
• Standardize the architectures and designs of test equipment for Liebherr, its repair stations, and designated suppliers.
• Collaborate with the customer to establish technical requirements, budget, schedule, and quality targets.
• Develop specifications and a service delivery strategy for consultations with suppliers.
• Evaluate and choose suppliers' technical and commercial proposals.
• Direct the test equipment development project and deliver regular updates to the customer.
• Assess and outline EHS, metrology, and maintenance requirements.
• Create validation and acceptance procedures.
• Perform preliminary acceptance testing at the supplier’s facility, followed by internal final acceptance testing.
• Complete the technical handover to the customer and provide initial training sessions.
• Ensure the implementation of first-level maintenance and confirm that periodic inspections are conducted.
• Identify current technologies and reusable components.
• Share insights and lessons learned with fellow business development managers.
• Plan and execute international assignments with repair stations or global customers.
• A degree in General Engineering, Instrumentation, Physical Measurements, or Mechatronics.
• Experience or internship in the field of test equipment.
• Proficient in physical measurements and test benches.
• Competence in preparing specifications and technical requirements.
• Ability to coordinate and lead a technical team effectively.
• Knowledge in fluid mechanics, pneumatics, or hydraulics is a plus.
• Strong commitment, responsiveness, and excellent organizational skills.
• A robust customer service orientation.
• Enjoyment in working collaboratively as part of a team while also capable of independent work.
• Professional proficiency in English.
