This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Promote the complete range of REHAU products, including plumbing, residential fire, radiant systems, snow/ice melt solutions, pre-insulated systems, and geoexchange products.
• Analyze the market to evaluate REHAU’s opportunities within it.
• Collaborate effectively with Sales Management to define the strategy for the designated territory.
• Build and sustain both internal and external professional relationships.
• Expand the sales territory by overseeing customer accounts, distribution partners, and Manufacturers Representatives.
• Drive business growth and stimulate demand with a direct emphasis on contractors, engineers, and distributors.
• Foster specification-driven sales by engaging engineers and project stakeholders during the early stages of design.
• Navigate extended sales cycles that are linked to construction timelines and project execution.
• Generate interest through jobsite visits, face-to-face meetings, and field interactions.
• Create market demand by showcasing REHAU products and solutions across the entire supply chain.
• Increase sales volume by identifying and monitoring commercial/residential opportunities.
• Provide training for engineers, contractors, and distributors in collaboration with Manufacturers Representatives.
• Enter opportunities into Salesforce.com to efficiently manage projects and keep data current.
• Maintain the customer database through Salesforce.com, including visit logs and opportunities.
• Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Achieve or surpass the Sales Incentive Plan as established by management while ensuring customer profitability.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• A minimum of five years of sales experience in plumbing, hydronics, HVAC, or mechanical building systems is required.
• Proven experience in building products, plumbing, HVAC, hydronics, or related construction industries is necessary.
• Experience collaborating with engineers, contractors, and distribution channels in a project/specification sales context is essential.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and understand project management processes.
• Demonstrated capability to open new accounts and drive specifications with key influencers and decision-makers.
• Proven networking skills and the ability to build relationships with influential figures and local organizations.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen to customer and co-worker concerns and facilitate decision-making.
• Must be highly organized to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player who also excels in independent work.
• Proven track record in setting and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
• Willingness to travel 50-60% of the time.
