This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Accountable for selling analytical services to both existing and prospective customers.
• Identify and secure business opportunities to achieve revenue goals.
• Drive revenue growth for SGS Health and Nutrition.
• Cultivate relationships with current clients to sustain business and explore additional opportunities within their accounts.
• Conduct market research to support the annual marketing and sales strategy.
• Participate in the annual conference, aiding in the organization and execution of marketing and sales initiatives.
• Create proposals for existing clients and potential prospects.
• Follow up with new clients to ensure their requirements are fulfilled.
• Engage in discussions with management regarding emerging trends or new programs.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Business, Marketing, Life Science).
• An advanced degree is preferred (MBA, MS).
• More than five years of experience in business development within sales and marketing.
• Experience in business development with pharmaceutical and medical device companies, as well as CDMO.
• Strong technical and industry expertise.
