
Business Development Manager – Payment Modernization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Establish a pipeline from the ground up through outbound prospecting, participation in industry events, leveraging partner channels, and engaging in executive networking.
• Take full ownership of your pipeline: ensure stringent hygiene practices, accurate stage progression, and dependable forecasting.
• Formulate and implement account entry strategies for designated target accounts.
• Manage the entire sales process from the initial outreach to commercial negotiations and contract finalization.
• Coordinate internal pursuit teams to collaboratively develop successful solutions.
• Lead the preparation of proposals and responses to RFPs.
• Secure initial engagements and quickly broaden the scope by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Cultivate and sustain trusted relationships with C-suite executives and key business leaders.
• Facilitate executive-level Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Strategic Business Reviews.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities in both English (fluent) and Spanish.
• Over 8 years of experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Director, or in a senior strategic account management position within the tech or fintech sectors.
• Extensive expertise in the financial industry, including knowledge of SWIFT, blockchain, digital assets, and insurance.
• Proven experience in selling complex, multi-stakeholder professional services or technology solutions with sales cycles ranging from 6 to 12 months.
• Documented success in outbound sales and business development initiatives.
• Proficiency in strategic storytelling.
• Leadership grounded in empathy.
• Effective communicator and negotiator.
• Strong financial acumen.
