This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for OT solutions throughout the territory.
• Create and implement strategic territory and account plans to surpass revenue goals.
• Establish relationships with key end-user customers, partners, and decision-makers.
• Generate pipeline through prospecting, networking, and collaboration with partners.
• Collaborate with channel partners to broaden reach and expedite deal closures.
• Work closely with regional sales, marketing, and engineering teams to synchronize go-to-market strategies.
• Lead customer presentations, engage in value-based selling, and conduct executive-level interactions.
• Provide market insights and feedback to shape product and go-to-market strategies.
• Accurately forecast business and consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual targets.
• Travel within the region as necessary.
• Strong hunter mentality with a demonstrated history of new business acquisition.
• Excellent presentation abilities to engage both executives and technical stakeholders.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in English (French is an advantage for the Montreal-based role).
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.
• Highly competitive, self-driven, and results-focused.
• 8–12 years of field sales or business development experience in cybersecurity, networking, or OT solutions.
• Proven track record in building pipelines and closing complex deals.
• Experience collaborating with partners and cross-functional teams to drive growth.
