This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Lead regional business development initiatives for new products.
• Convert launch objectives into actionable country-specific plans with defined targets.
• Identify, secure, and effectively convert initial early adopter and reference accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Applications, Service, Supply Chain).
• Work alongside Marketing to provide country sales teams with necessary tools.
• Gather structured market feedback to shape the product roadmap.
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related scientific or technical discipline.
• Have over 8 years of experience in business development, strategic sales, or product commercialization.
• Demonstrate a proven history of launching and scaling new products in diagnostics, medtech, or life sciences.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of additional EMEA languages is advantageous.
• Must be willing to travel within the EMEA region.
