This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.
• Identify and cultivate high-potential reseller partners within the Baltics.
• Acquire new partners via proactive outreach methods such as calls, emails, and meetings.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with vendors and partners.
• Drive the creation of new business opportunities and enhance pipeline growth.
• Implement and support business development strategies.
• Initiate and assist in marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation.
• Provide training for partners on product knowledge and sales enablement.
• Ensure accurate forecasting and effective pipeline management.
• Work closely with internal sales and regional teams.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Networking and Security (either in IT distribution or vendor roles).
• Strong expertise in business development and/or account management.
• In-depth understanding of the local Baltic market.
• Proficiency in English and at least one of the Baltic languages (Lithuanian, Latvian, or Estonian).
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
• A proactive, outgoing, and results-oriented mindset.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
