This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latvia, +1 more country.
• Assist partners and Arrow sales teams throughout the complete sales process.
• Facilitate technical discovery workshops and customer evaluations.
• Assess customer business and technical needs.
• Create solution architectures and suggest the most suitable technologies.
• Prepare technical proposals, bills of materials, and solution documentation.
• Aid partners in addressing RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs.
• Design and architect HPE Hybrid IT solutions that encompass compute, storage, virtualization, backup, private cloud, hybrid cloud, AI infrastructure, and data center modernization.
• Establish reference architectures and provide best-practice recommendations.
• Support partners with migration, modernization, infrastructure consolidation, and transformation strategies.
• Conduct technical trainings, workshops, bootcamps, webinars, presentations, demonstrations, and educational content.
• Enhance partner technical skills and certification levels.
• Create and present HPE solution demonstrations and assist with proof-of-concept deployments.
• Validate technical architectures and deployment strategies.
• Contribute to technical evaluations and competitive scenarios.
• Collaborate closely with HPE technical, sales, and product management teams.
• Act as a technical escalation point for partners.
• Provide market insights and technical feedback to HPE and Arrow management.
• Keep abreast of trends in cloud, AI, data center, and infrastructure technologies.
• Monitor competitor offerings and formulate competitive positioning strategies.
• Support strategic Hybrid IT initiatives across Estonia and Latvia.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in infrastructure pre-sales, systems engineering, solution architecture, or technical consulting.
• Experience engaging with enterprise customers, channel partners, integrators, or vendors.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting complex infrastructure projects.
• Excellent customer-facing and presentation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of HPE ProLiant Servers, blade and rack infrastructure, data center architecture, and infrastructure lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of SAN & NAS technologies, HPE Alletra, and HPE MSA.
• Comprehensive knowledge of backup and recovery architectures.
• Proficient understanding of VMware, Microsoft Hyper-V, Nutanix, hybrid cloud architectures, and private cloud solutions.
• Familiarity with HPE GreenLake, HPE Private Cloud Solutions, HPE Compute, HPE Storage, HPE AI Infrastructure, and HPE Data Center Solutions.
• Knowledge of data protection and disaster recovery, business continuity, AI infrastructure platforms, cloud connectivity, and container and modern application platforms.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficiency in Estonian or Latvian is considered a significant advantage.
