This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• Expansion and maintenance of business relationships with existing clients to sustainably increase revenue and market share in alignment with the global corporate strategy.
• Management and further development of customers such as electrical installers, electrical wholesale, planners, architects, project managers, and public institutions.
• Proactive acquisition of new clients and optimization of the existing customer structure to maximize business potential.
• Independent management of the economic development in the sales territory with a focus on profitability.
• Nationwide mobility for large customer and end-user projects, particularly during strategically relevant tenders and project phases.
• Close collaboration with sales management, internal services, and related departments to ensure a smooth sales process.
• Completed vocational-technical training with solid sales experience in the field of complex technical products.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills along with a professional demeanor and a high degree of goal orientation.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style with a high level of initiative.
• Experience in the lighting sector and dedicated knowledge in project business.
• Excellent German and English language skills, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel within Austria and motivation to actively develop the sales region.
