This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Lead Media Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and secure media alliances to foster business growth. This involves exploring new opportunities and nurturing relationships that align with our strategic and media goals.
• Manage the development and implementation of engaging promotions and campaigns that boost user engagement and loyalty.
• Oversee brand messaging to maintain a consistent tone of voice across all marketing materials and channels.
• Relationship Management: Establish and sustain strong partnerships with key providers, including payment and gaming vendors, KYC (Know Your Customer) solution suppliers, and other stakeholders to secure favorable terms and agreements.
• Agency Collaboration: Build and nurture relationships with media agencies to effectively execute both online and offline marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Campaign Performance Analysis: Work alongside Performance Marketing, Business Intelligence (BI), and Product teams to monitor and assess marketing campaign performance. Offer insights for optimizing current and future campaigns.
• Internal Communication: Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Social Media teams to ensure that forthcoming campaigns are effectively communicated and aligned with overarching business strategies.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Engage closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that business strategies are informed by the latest market trends and opportunities, and that these strategies are executed effectively.
• Operational Support: Assist the management team with daily operations, including research, analysis, and planning to support growth strategies and business development initiatives.
• Create and implement multi-channel marketing strategies aimed at attracting and retaining sportsbook and casino players.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a marketing and business development capacity.
• Proficiency in English, accompanied by excellent communication skills.
• Strong expertise in formulating and executing comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring and/or selling media properties.
• Exceptional negotiation and relationship management capabilities.
• Strong creative and planning abilities to deliver impactful marketing campaigns.
• Proficient in CRM platforms, analytics tools, and marketing automation technologies.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly motivated self-starter with a passion for iGaming and Sports.
