This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ New customer acquisition: You identify and secure new clients in the energy, health, and finance sectors β from initial outreach to contract signing.
β’ Partnership development: You create strategic alliances with consulting firms, system integrators, and industry networks.
β’ Sales cycle management: You independently oversee complete sales cycles β from needs analysis through pitching to negotiation.
β’ Business case validation: You test new market opportunities directly with customers and provide the product team with valuable market feedback.
β’ Pipeline & reporting: You maintain your CRM pipeline, track KPIs, and report directly to management.
β’ Market intelligence: You monitor competition, trends, and regulations within your target industries and derive opportunities from these insights.
β’ At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development β ideally in the software, SaaS, or technology sector.
β’ Proven track record: You have closed deals, not just prepared them.
β’ Basic understanding of AI applications β you can explain what our product does without embellishing.
β’ A network or affinity for at least one of our target industries (energy, health, or finance).
β’ Confidence in negotiations at the C-level β you engage with decision-makers on equal footing.
β’ Initiative and closing strength β you know when to follow up and when to finalize agreements.
β’ Native-level proficiency in German, with good English skills being advantageous.
