This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• Develop and manage IB and affiliate partnerships in Japan.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners, traders, and IBs.
• Generate leads through partner networks, affiliate initiatives, and social media platforms.
• Build lasting relationships with partners to enhance trading volume and promote business growth.
• Monitor partner performance metrics and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
• Stay updated on Forex/CFD market trends, competitive landscape, and significant developments.
• Native or fluent in Japanese and English (C1 level), possessing strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within the Forex/CFD sector.
• Well-established connections in Japanese IB, affiliate, or trading communities (highly preferred).
• Comprehensive understanding of FX trading platforms such as MT4, MT5, or their equivalents.
• Results-driven attitude with exceptional skills in relationship management.
• Self-directed and able to work independently in a remote setting.
