This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• Develop and oversee Introducing Broker (IB) and affiliate partnerships within the Japanese market.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners, traders, and introducing brokers.
• Generate fresh leads through partner networks, affiliate channels, and social media platforms.
• Cultivate and sustain robust long-term relationships with partners to enhance trading activity and growth.
• Monitor partner performance and deliver regular reports on results and opportunities.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements within the Forex/CFD market.
• Fluent/native in Japanese and English (C1), with strong proficiency in both writing and communication.
• Demonstrated experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Sales within the Forex or CFD sector.
• A pre-existing network of IBs, affiliates, or trading communities in the Japanese market is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of FX trading platforms such as MT4, MT5, or similar.
• Highly target-driven with excellent relationship management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
