This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Identify and focus on organizations with current or prospective IT hiring requirements.
• Perform outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and networking to cultivate new business opportunities.
• Schedule and facilitate discovery meetings with hiring managers, HR leaders, and executives.
• Comprehend client hiring needs and offer customized recruiting solutions.
• Develop and oversee a pipeline of prospects from initial contact to closing.
• Prepare and present proposals and presentations.
• Negotiate and finalize service agreements with new clients.
• Foster ongoing relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and account expansion.
• 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, staffing sales, or IT consulting sales.
• Demonstrated success in generating and closing new business.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable interacting with senior-level decision makers.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline.
• Ability to grasp business needs and effectively position solutions.
