This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Identify and pursue organizations with existing or upcoming IT recruitment requirements.
• Execute outbound initiatives via email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and networking to create new business prospects.
• Arrange and facilitate discovery meetings with hiring managers, HR executives, and other leaders.
• Comprehend client recruitment needs and propose customized recruiting strategies.
• Develop and oversee a pipeline of prospects from initial outreach to finalization.
• Create and present proposals and presentations effectively.
• Negotiate and secure service agreements with new clients.
• Cultivate and maintain ongoing client relationships to foster repeat business and promote account expansion.
• 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, staffing sales, or IT consulting sales.
• Proven success in generating and finalizing new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable interacting with senior-level decision-makers.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and adept at managing a sales pipeline.
• Ability to comprehend business requirements and effectively position solutions.
