This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Identifies business expansion opportunities to support the customer sales strategy.
• Develops and nurtures business relationships by offering tailored solutions for designated account(s) within a product line.
• Implements strategic customer growth plans and manages business relationships within assigned account(s) by delivering value-added solutions.
• Recognizes and generates demand for products, organizing supporting seminars, training sessions, and resource awareness initiatives for assigned customers.
• Conducts analysis and reports on the impact of various programs for identified customer(s), informing the account manager of successes, challenges, and future growth strategies.
• Maintains and enhances knowledge of product trends, competitors, technology, and customer needs within the designated supplier product market.
• Establishes and sustains relationships with field suppliers.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience, typically with a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of business operations, financials, products/services, market dynamics, and the needs of assigned accounts.
• Awareness of emerging market trends and interdependencies affecting customers; utilizes insights to strengthen relationships with customers.
• Proven sales expertise across a defined portfolio of products/services/accounts.
• Demonstrates expertise in a complex sales environment.
• Capable of working independently or leading teams to identify, pursue, or manage accounts/opportunities of significant size/strategic importance/risk of loss.
• Serves as a resource for less experienced colleagues; may take on team leadership roles and assist in developing the understanding of colleagues and customers.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience that provides comparable knowledge and job skills.
