This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Develop and enhance the company's footprint in the Brazilian market;
• Identify, target, and cultivate relationships with new clients and strategic partners;
• Conduct market analysis and pinpoint new business prospects;
• Lead commercial negotiations while overseeing the complete sales cycle;
• Serve as the company's representative in Brazil with clients, suppliers, and business partners;
• Assist in the formulation and execution of the business plan for Brazil;
• Collaborate closely with the international headquarters to implement sales strategies and market development initiatives;
• Monitor market dynamics, competitor actions, and potential growth opportunities;
• Engage in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events, both domestically and internationally;
• Compile regular reports on business development efforts, sales pipeline, and market opportunities;
• Manage shipments, import/export documentation, and international logistics processes;
• Contribute to the expansion of the Brazilian operation and the future development of a local team.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Languages: Fluent English – Mandatory.
• Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
• Experience: Demonstrated experience in trading, import/export, international business, or business development;
• Significant experience in B2B commercial negotiations;
• Practical understanding of Incoterms, international logistics, shipping procedures, and foreign trade documentation;
