This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Formulate and execute a strategic business development plan for North India, in alignment with company goals and market dynamics.
• Discover, assess, and establish new distributors and partners throughout the region, ensuring representation in essential markets and sectors.
• Identify and chase new business opportunities that support the company’s growth objectives.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Perform market research to uncover new trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
• Analyze market data to create and implement effective sales strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee successful delivery of products and services.
• Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients and partners.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
• Oversee and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives concurrently.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the **electronic security industry** or a related field.
• Sales experience specifically in the North India region, operating from **Delhi.**
• In-depth technical knowledge of electronic security systems, including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and fire alarm systems.
• A proven history of involvement throughout the entire sales process, from identifying new business opportunities to developing proposals and presentations, negotiating, and finalizing deals.
• Experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to forge relationships with customers, partners, and industry leaders at an executive level.
• Strong analytical abilities to assess market trends, recognize customer needs, and devise effective solutions.
• Capability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Awareness of the latest technologies and trends in electronic security, including cloud-based solutions, IoT, and AI-driven analytics.
• A robust blend of technical expertise, sales proficiency, and strong communication skills.
• **Conversational proficiency in English and Hindi.**
