This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.
• Lead and expand B2B business development in the iGaming industry (EU & CIS)
• Identify, engage, and recruit iGaming operators with VIP player demographics
• Manage the complete sales cycle: from lead generation and outreach to negotiation and deal closure
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities
• Evaluate and enhance sales processes to uncover growth potential
• Enhance Luxorr’s market visibility through B2B content and social media engagement
• Represent the company at global industry events (e.g., ICE, SiGMA)
• Proven experience in B2B sales within the iGaming sector (operators, platforms, or related vendors)
• Track record of successfully closing deals with significant iGaming stakeholders
• Extensive experience in managing lengthy sales cycles and high-value contracts
• Highly self-motivated, proactive, and focused on achieving results
• Proficient in English and Russian
• Nice to Have: Established connections within the iGaming community
• Experience in attending or networking at major industry events (ICE, SiGMA, etc.)
• Knowledge of CRM systems, VIP management, and player retention strategies
• Competitive base salary plus performance-based commission
