This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Accountable for the company's expansion into the Brazilian market
• Establishing distribution channels
• Creating strategic alliances
• Boosting sales through local distributors and importers
• Serving as the brand ambassador in Brazil
• Identifying and onboarding distributors and importers within the hookah sector
• Leading negotiations and forming partnerships
• Developing and nurturing partner relationships
• Representing the organization in the local market
• Gathering and analyzing market data (pricing, competitors, channels)
• Providing insights on market entry strategies tailored to local conditions
• Assisting with international shipments in collaboration with headquarters
• Experience in the hookah (shisha) industry (mandatory)
• Knowledge of distribution/importation/B2B channels
• Expertise in market development and commercial partnerships
• Demonstrated experience in the hookah sector in Brazil (mandatory)
• Background with companies such as Zomo, Fumax, Grupo Ibra (Rainbow, Nova Panda), Carvão D’COCO, or other relevant stakeholders
• Skills in business development and distribution
• Practical experience with distributors and importers
• Experience in international trade (import/export)
• Proven success in negotiations and closing deals
• University degree
