📋 Description

• Implementing advanced multi-channel outreach strategies to connect with institutional players and mid-to-large tier firms in fast-paced sectors.

• Executing a structured 'Meet me @ N3XT' approach to transform our clients into our most passionate advocates, converting every onboarded firm into a source for new partner referrals.

• Engaging with CFOs, Treasurers, and Founders, expertly navigating the intricacies of complex cross-border financial requirements and niche banking value propositions.

• Overseeing the complete lifecycle of industry trade shows and conferences—from setting up executive meetings prior to events to pitching on-site and facilitating swift post-event onboarding.

• Crafting customized 'Referral Kits' and high-level pitch decks that effectively communicate our value proposition across various economic and regulatory landscapes.

• Taking full responsibility for the sales stack and CRM, leveraging data to monitor leading indicators and enhance our global acquisition strategy.


⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or Fintech, with a demonstrated history of thriving in high-growth, high-stakes environments.

• Financial Services Expertise: Direct experience in Banking, Traditional Finance (TradFi), or the Crypto/Web3 ecosystem is essential.

• The 'Professional Hunter' Attitude: A unique combination of relentless lead generation drive and the professional demeanor necessary to captivate C-suite executives.

• Systems Thinking: A conviction that a well-maintained CRM, a disciplined process, and a comprehensive referral kit are the key tools for scaling a global brand.

• Global Insight: The capability to navigate international markets and seize opportunities for significant growth within a remote-first, decentralized framework.
