This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Generate and oversee partnerships within the South Asia region.
• Identify opportunities for business expansion and enhance brand presence in the local market.
• Cultivate strategic relationships with key partners in the region, serving as their primary contact.
• Drive business growth by establishing robust strategic partner relations and partnerships to ensure profitable outcomes.
• Continuously recruit and onboard new partners to the firm.
• Recognize and report on business opportunities to increase the company's market share.
• Engage with local partners to build and maintain long-term relationships.
• Conduct business trips to meet partners and showcase the company's products and services.
• Establish and sustain a strong network of lead sources.
• Demonstrate a strong capability to meet KPIs while thriving under pressure to adhere to deadlines.
• A transferable book of business in South Asia.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in business development within the financial markets of South Asia.
• A hunter mentality.
• Comprehensive understanding of the financial market and brokerage business.
• Proficient knowledge of regulatory frameworks and policies.
• Strong skills in communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Maintain a positive work attitude and commitment to excellence.
• Results-driven and target-oriented.
• Proficient in English and Hindi.
