This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• Achieving Sales Targets: Regularly meet or surpass assigned sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) on both quarterly and annual bases.
• Formulate and execute a strategic business development plan for the UAE that aligns with company objectives and market trends.
• Identify, assess, and onboard new partners throughout the region to ensure coverage in essential markets and sectors.
• Seek and pursue new business opportunities that correspond with the company's growth strategy.
• Build and sustain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to discover new trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
• Analyze market data to create and implement effective sales strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee the successful delivery of products and services.
• Prepare and present proposals to potential clients and partners.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
• Oversee and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in fire and life safety or a related field.
• Sales experience within the UAE region, specifically operating from Dubai.
• In-depth technical knowledge of fire systems.
• A proven history of involvement in the complete sales process, from identifying new business opportunities to developing proposals, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Experience in developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with customers, partners, and industry experts at an executive level.
• Strong analytical capabilities to assess market trends, identify customer needs, and create effective solutions.
• Ability to manage and prioritize various projects and tasks concurrently.
• Familiarity with the latest technologies and trends in electronic security, including cloud-based solutions and IoT.
• A solid mix of technical expertise, sales proficiency, and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in conversational English and Arabic is required.
