This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Serves as the representative for the Facial Aesthetics product line to targeted aesthetic clientele within a specific geographical region.
• Tasked with fostering product acceptance and driving portfolio growth through various business development initiatives.
• Delivers technical expertise on products and procedures while highlighting competitive advantages.
• Achieves assigned sales objectives through innovative, consultative selling approaches and the execution of the U.S. Sales/Marketing strategy.
• Utilizes available resources to expedite the acceptance and sales increase of the Facial Aesthetics portfolio, which includes BOTOX® Cosmetic, JUVEDERM® Collection of fillers, and Kybella® brands.
• Collaborates synergistically with other Allergan Aesthetics cross-portfolio partners and support teams to coordinate activities.
• Adheres to necessary reporting, requests, and compliance policies.
• A bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant industry experience is required.
• A minimum of 3+ years of sales experience is necessary, with a preference for business-to-business-to-consumer (B2B2C) sales experience.
• Familiarity with general marketing principles and concepts within the healthcare sector is essential.
• Understanding of the inner workings of a physician's practice is beneficial.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Strong business acumen and analytical abilities are essential.
• Demonstrated success in driving sales execution is necessary.
• Ability to provide effective consultative support.
• Strong problem-solving and resolution capabilities are required.
• Competence in developing key strategies and executing them effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
• Strong skills in contract negotiation.
• Experience with financial and budgetary matters is necessary.
• Willingness to travel and work in the field four days a week is required.
• The ability to lift 50 lbs is necessary.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other software applications.
• A valid driver’s license: Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.
