
Business Development Manager – EV Charging

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Norway.
• Formulate and implement AMPECO's Sales and Business Development strategy in the Nordic region;
• Engage in outbound outreach and consultative selling to identify, cultivate, and finalize high-value opportunities within the Nordic market;
• Manage key accounts for selected strategic clients;
• Identify and foster sales-oriented partnerships with local thought leaders and influencers;
• Deliver proactive market insights;
• Work closely with the Marketing team for local campaigns and events;
• Participate in local events and represent AMPECO throughout the region.
• Prior experience in the e-mobility sector within the Nordic region is essential;
• Over 5 years of robust experience in consultative selling, ideally in enterprise software;
• Recognized thought leader in e-mobility with an established local network of target accounts and partners;
• Must demonstrate proactivity and take ownership of the market;
• Possess a hunter mentality;
• Ability to build and sustain relationships from the ground up while exhibiting a personable and charismatic demeanor;
• Must be based in the Nordic region;
• Willingness to travel internationally;
• BA/MA degree in Business or Engineering;
• Proficiency in English.
