This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Drive growth into new markets and uncover valuable opportunities.
• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Establish Ecocoast as a premier solutions provider through a consultative and technically credible methodology.
• Contribute to the long-term growth strategy of the business throughout the region.
• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across Europe.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle, from initial prospecting to contract award.
• Create and sustain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities within priority markets.
• Foster long-term relationships with contractors, consultants, asset owners, and public-sector stakeholders.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their challenges and proposing customized, value-driven solutions.
• Represent Ecocoast at client meetings, site visits, industry events, and significant commercial discussions.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and product teams to develop competitive and technically credible solutions.
• Contribute to the strategic positioning of critical opportunities.
• Assist in the development of partnerships, agent networks, and local market presence.
• Maintain a disciplined CRM pipeline in Pipedrive, encompassing forecasting, reporting, and opportunity management.
• Track market activity, competitor movements, and upcoming projects across the region.
• Contribute to regional business plans and the broader market expansion strategy.
• 3–7+ years of experience in business development, technical sales, or account management.
• Experience in the marine, construction, engineering, or environmental sectors is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to secure new business and establish strong, long-term client relationships.
• Strong commercial insight and negotiation skills.
• Technical curiosity and the capability to comprehend and engage with engineered solutions.
• Experience in European markets.
• Fluent English is essential; proficiency in additional European languages is beneficial.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Europe.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
