Business Development Manager – EU

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Lead the expansion efforts in European markets by identifying and securing new business opportunities.

• Acquire and onboard new clients, introducing brokers (IBs), affiliates, and strategic partners.

• Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to onboarding and activation.

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing partners to maximize revenue growth.

• Represent the company at industry events, expos, and networking opportunities.

• Keep track of market trends and competitor activities throughout the EU region.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including retention, dealing, and marketing.

• Meet monthly revenue and client acquisition targets.

• Maintain precise CRM records and pipeline reporting.


⛳️ Requirements

• Fluent/native in English (C1), with strong writing and communication skills; proficiency in any other European language is an advantage.

• Demonstrated experience in business development within the Forex, CFD, iGaming, or FinTech sectors.

• Established network within European financial or trading markets.

• Experience in managing introducing brokers (IBs), affiliates, or partner distribution channels.

• Exceptional sales, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

• Capability to work autonomously and drive regional growth initiatives.

• Proficient in English; additional European languages are beneficial.

• Strong understanding of trading products, platforms, and financial markets.
