This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Develop and implement initiatives tailored for suppliers/vendors (10%)
• Engage with Channel Partners and Vendors (20%)
• Manage execution tasks including credit management, order processing, and accounts receivable collections (20%)
• Strive for operational excellence through pipeline management, forecasting, and inventory oversight (10%)
• Gain insights from current Business Development Managers on market potential and focus on expanding the market base (10%)
• Collaborate with Channel Partners to enhance sales skills and assist in closing deals through direct involvement and coaching (10%)
• Work with suppliers to coordinate technical and sales training for partners regarding new products and technologies (10%)
• 3 to 8 years of relevant professional experience.
• A Master's/Postgraduate Degree in a Sales-related field is preferred.
• A Bachelor's Degree in a Technical or Business field is required.
• Ability to follow instructions and seek clarification when necessary.
• Basic clerical and data entry skills are essential.
• Capability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Attention to detail with accuracy and efficiency is crucial.
• Clear communication skills to convey necessary information effectively.
• Proficiency in both English and a local language for conversation and writing.
• Skills to create and deliver formal presentations.
• Negotiation skills to promote and sell ideas effectively, culminating in mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure task completion.
• Ability to work constructively under stress and manage high workloads and deadlines.
