This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Develop a growth strategy that prioritizes both financial achievements and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and comprehend customer needs.
• Foster existing relationships while seeking out new avenues for growth.
• Champion the company's products by addressing or anticipating client objectives.
• Continuously monitor industry trends and customer requirements, maintaining regular communication with management and stakeholders to refine strategies.
• Proven experience in business development, sales executive, or a comparable role.
• At least 2 years of experience in BDR/SDR roles within the blockchain industry.
• Demonstrated ability to create a sales pipeline by qualifying leads and expanding business opportunities.
• Initiative in finding new strategies to uncover growth opportunities.
• Accountable for establishing strategic, value-oriented relationships and partnerships that align with our growth goals.
• Ability to quickly understand and present new products and technologies with an emphasis on their value.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel for conferences.
• Proficient in English with strong communication abilities.
• Preferred: Adaptability and a proactive mindset typical of startup environments.
• Experience within the cybersecurity sector.
• Technical knowledge of blockchain.
• Proficient in additional languages.
