This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Actively developing a new client pipeline.
• Selling IT services across various industries, including e-commerce, fintech, and medtech.
• Managing the complete sales cycle (strategy → prospecting → negotiations → closing).
• Establishing long-term relationships.
• Collaborating on offerings, commercial models, and strategies for entering new markets.
• Working closely with technical and delivery teams.
• Representing Centuria at industry events and meetings.
• You have at least 4 years of experience in selling comprehensive IT services, such as cloud, hosting, or server solutions.
• You possess English language skills at a minimum B2 level, enabling you to communicate freely with clients (both verbally and in writing).
• You independently generate leads using various tools and channels, taking full responsibility for this process.
• You manage the entire sales cycle, from the initial contact to signing the contract.
• You build relationships and maintain communication during lengthy sales cycles that last several months.
• You can engage with IT departments to tailor services to their actual needs, as well as with other decision-makers (e.g., C-level executives, purchasing teams, or operational staff).
• You take ownership of assigned tasks and consistently follow through to completion.
• A compensation model based on a base salary of 14,000 - 18,000 net on B2B + VAT, along with a commission for independently securing new contracts.
• Significant influence on the company’s development directions, with the opportunity to propose new solutions, test them, and implement them.
