This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• Engage in direct cold sales of non-custodial staking solutions.
• Manage clients that include various fund types (VCs, hedge funds, ETFs, ETPs, etc.), family offices, and high-net-worth individuals (whales).
• Actively identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, understanding and addressing their requirements while providing customized solutions.
• Take the lead in managing deals, coordinating independently with relevant departments—product, legal, and research—to facilitate seamless deal closure.
• Supervise the complete deal cycle, from initial cold outreach to the signing of contracts and receipt of payments.
• Over 3 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically in the technology or finance sectors.
• Demonstrated success in closing significant deals (approximately $1 million+ USD).
• Comfortable engaging in competitive cold outreach to C-level executives and company founders, achieving favorable results.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Japanese.
• Extensive knowledge of blockchain market dynamics and the technologies that underpin it.
• Highly self-disciplined and well-organized.
• Capability to sustain a high work pace.
