• Bachelor’s Degree or a comparable blend of relevant sales experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in travel or hospitality sales is preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the cruise industry and its sales tactics across various segments.
• Established, strong connections with key travel partners are advantageous.
• A proven track record of achieving sales results.
• Ability to think beyond conventional industry standards.
