This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Aptic within the DACH region.
• Oversee Aptic's business development efforts in the DACH region, with a particular focus on Germany.
• Target new customer acquisition among banks, factoring companies, and debt collection agencies.
• Develop a comprehensive business plan, especially concerning market entry strategies.
• Create and implement the business development strategy.
• Collaborate closely with teams located in the Netherlands and Sweden.
• Participate in both international and national meetings.
• Attend relevant trade shows and industry events.
• Significant experience in business development within a B2B context.
• Demonstrated success in selling core software solutions to banks.
• In-depth knowledge of the financial sector.
• Established network within banks and/or factoring companies.
• Experience in the factoring industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with lengthy sales cycles.
• Strong networking capabilities.
• Solid understanding of commercial principles.
• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
• Proven history of successful teamwork.
• Strong negotiation abilities and persuasive skills.
• Proactive and hands-on work ethic.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient command of the English language.
