This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Strategizing and implementing go-to-market initiatives with a strong revenue orientation, in close partnership with vendors and internal teams.
• Proactively seeking and onboarding new partners and clients, particularly focusing on security solutions.
• Serving as the regional liaison for cybersecurity and AI training, vendors, and solutions.
• Generating demand within the channel through enablement, training, and active partner engagement.
• Developing, nurturing, and finalizing a strong sales pipeline.
• Overseeing high-quality opportunities and special pricing arrangements with a keen commercial focus.
• Delivering clear and structured reports regarding the pipeline, opportunities, and overall performance.
• Collaborating closely with vendors on campaigns, events, trade shows, and joint sales initiatives.
• Establishing and nurturing solid relationships with decision-makers at targeted resellers.
• Supporting marketing efforts from a definitive sales perspective.
• Engaging in market presence activities such as sales-floor walks, partner visits, and hands-on onsite work.
• Assisting in pre-sales activities that facilitate expedited deal closures.
• Maintaining close alignment with Sales and Marketing to achieve measurable outcomes.
• Partnering with management on business intelligence and data-driven strategies.
• Actively engaging in business development plans and growth initiatives.
• Encouraging sales activities across the reseller ecosystem.
• Consistent follow-up and conversion of vendor leads.
• Taking ownership of opportunities from initial contact through to profitable closure.
• Minimum of five years' experience in distribution or within the IT channel.
• Must reside in Germany.
• Proficiency in German at a native or business-fluent level, along with very good English skills.
• Strong hunter mentality with a confident, competitive, and trustworthy demeanor.
• High self-motivation and the ability to work independently in the market.
• Solid understanding of the complete sales cycle, including pipeline management and margin control.
• Strong focus on customer and partner relations.
• Excellent communication skills at the decision-maker level.
• High willingness to learn and a strong interest in cybersecurity and AI solutions.
• Very good IT knowledge.
• Proactive, ambitious, and growth-oriented work style.
• Proven track record in onboarding new customers, expanding accounts, and driving revenue growth.
