This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Identify key stakeholders within the NIPT market and develop a comprehensive long-term business and sales strategy.
• Establish a network of Key Opinion Leaders and distribution channels.
• Actively participate in the sales process and lead the sales representatives team.
• Advocate for the company’s products and services.
• Cultivate long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Proactively pursue new business opportunities within the market.
• A sales-driven and goal-oriented individual.
• Exceptional skills in selling, communication, and negotiation.
• A strong background in sales representation, with a demonstrable track record of achieving results.
• Comprehensive understanding of the local healthcare sector, especially within the private industry.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, capable of teamwork while also functioning independently with key market stakeholders.
• Develop and grow a network of medical centers, clinics, gynecologists, oncologists, and medical laboratories to promote and sell GenePlanet’s genetic testing products (NIPT, Cancer Screen, etc.).
• Conduct training sessions and educational events to ensure external partners are well-informed about GenePlanet’s offerings—particularly in gynecology, obstetrics, IVF, and oncology.
• Continuously assess the competitive landscape and proactively identify new business prospects.
• Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
