This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Identify key stakeholders in the NIPT market and formulate a long-term business and sales strategy.
• Establish a network of Key Opinion Leaders and distribution channels.
• Actively participate in the sales process and guide the team of sales representatives.
• Promote the company’s products and services effectively.
• Develop lasting relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Actively pursue new business opportunities within the market.
• A sales-oriented and goal-driven individual.
• Exceptional skills in selling, communication, and negotiation.
• A strong background in sales representation, demonstrating a proven ability to achieve results.
• Comprehensive understanding of the local healthcare sector, especially in the private domain.
• Proven leadership abilities, capable of collaborating within a team while also working independently with key market stakeholders.
• Develop and expand a network of medical centers, clinics, gynecologists, oncologists, and medical laboratories to promote and sell GenePlanet’s genetic testing products (NIPT, Cancer Screen, etc.).
• Conduct training sessions and educational events to ensure external partners are well-informed about GenePlanet’s products and services, particularly in the fields of gynecology, obstetrics, IVF, and oncology.
• Continuously assess the competitive landscape and proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
• Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of any additional language is advantageous.
