This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.
• Market Expansion: Discover and target new business opportunities with international companies aiming to enter or grow in the Indonesian market.
• Strategic Partnerships: Develop and sustain long-term relationships with C-level executives, founders, and international business organizations.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee the complete sales process from initial prospecting and discovery calls to proposal submissions and contract finalizations.
• Consultative Selling: Comprehend the specific challenges faced by international clients and customize IBMC’s service offerings (HR, Legal, Payroll, etc.) to address their needs.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Represent IBMC at industry events, webinars, and networking gatherings to enhance brand visibility.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with our internal consultants and legal team to ensure that service proposals are precise, compliant, and competitive.
• Reporting: Keep accurate records in CRM and deliver regular updates on sales objectives, pipeline status, and market insights.
• Experience: At least 5+ years of demonstrated experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships, ideally within the Consulting, HR Services, or Fintech sectors.
• Track Record: Proven ability to achieve or surpass substantial B2B sales targets.
• Networking: Extensive network of international business connections or experience interacting with global corporate clients.
• Communication: Outstanding English communication skills (both written and verbal); native or professional-level proficiency is essential.
• Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities with a consultative approach.
• Mindset: Proactive, self-driven, and capable of thriving in a high-pressure, fast-paced consulting environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
