This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Take ownership of and implement regional growth strategies across key segments such as Support at Home, CHSP, NDIS, DVA, private pay, and brokered services.
• Design and carry out national go-to-market strategies for Community and Homecare channels.
• Identify, secure, and expand referral pathways and enterprise partnerships with hospitals, PHNs, aged care and disability providers, NGOs, and local councils.
• Establish trusted relationships with key referrers, including Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, Continence Nurses, GPs, Allied Health professionals, and Discharge Planners.
• Create compelling value propositions, service bundles, and solutions that meet the needs of clients and funders.
• Lead stakeholder engagement efforts, including capability presentations, community events, lunches-and-learns, and expos.
• Oversee the complete sales lifecycle, from prospecting and needs assessment to solution design, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Maintain a robust and accurate opportunity pipeline using CRM and reporting tools to support forecasting and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Commercial Excellence, and Operations to ensure pricing discipline, governance, and alignment in delivery.
• Ensure adherence to relevant regulatory, quality, and safeguarding frameworks.
• Contribute to broader sales initiatives and provide mentorship to team members as needed.
• Over 3 years of experience in Business Development or Account Management within Home Care, Community Health, Aged Care, Disability (NDIS), Allied Health, or Primary Care.
• Strong understanding of NDIS pricing and categories, CHSP and Home Care Package funding, and healthcare referral pathways.
• Proven track record in building referral networks and converting opportunities into sustainable growth.
• Experience in working with tenders, panels, brokered services, and local partnerships.
• Well-developed commercial acumen, including management of contracts and agreements.
• Confidence in presenting, influencing, and negotiating with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• A data-driven approach to managing pipelines and planning territories.
• High personal integrity, strong compliance awareness, and disciplined documentation practices.
• A car, a valid driver’s license, and the flexibility to travel.
