This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Lead strategic initiatives in the European markets while collaborating closely with the Central BD Team and M&A Team.
• Take charge of the entire process from lead generation to establishing contacts and building a robust pipeline, with the ability to convert leads into Group members.
• Utilize your existing network of contacts to generate growth opportunities.
• Organize and manage deal-flow within the CRM system.
• Champion The Collective Ace’s vision and confidently communicate it to C-level executives and Founders in the gaming sector.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the video gaming or tech industry, specifically in Business Development or Sales.
• Exceptional communication abilities (written, verbal, and presentation) in English; proficiency in a second language is advantageous.
• Demonstrated success in building relationships and effectively closing business deals.
• Capable of quickly integrating and working efficiently within a global team of professionals.
• Ability to act swiftly, stay organized, self-motivated, and maintain focus on achieving objectives.
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Experience presenting to an executive-level audience is a plus.
