This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Identify and pursue PBSA and BTR opportunities throughout the UK, concentrating on individual buildings and smaller portfolios.
• Actively research and engage with new operators that align with the UniHomes proposition.
• Dedicate substantial time in the field to meet potential partners within your territory.
• Showcase the UniHomes advertising offerings, effectively illustrating value, reach, and performance.
• Oversee the entire commercial lifecycle, from initial outreach to closing deals.
• Assist new partners during the onboarding process, ensuring that listings are properly established from the outset.
• Cultivate robust, long-lasting relationships, serving as the primary commercial contact.
• Utilize performance insights and market context to drive renewal discussions.
• Spot opportunities for relationships to deepen or evolve over time.
• Maintain up-to-date CRM records, pipeline activities, and reporting.
• Stay informed about PBSA and BTR market trends, student demand, and competitor activities.
• Represent UniHomes with professionalism at meetings and relevant industry events.
• Attend monthly meetings at the Sheffield headquarters and occasional overnight stays as necessary.
• Demonstrated experience in a field-based sales or business development role.
• Experience in PBSA, BTR, student accommodation, or property portal sales is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable with frequent travel, long drives, and managing a national territory.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and resilient.
• Capability to quickly build rapport and develop long-term relationships.
• Valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
