Business Development Manager – Bank Customers

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Formulate and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for North, West, and South India, in line with the company’s goals and market dynamics.

• Identify, assess, and onboard new distributors and partners throughout the region, ensuring effective coverage in essential markets and sectors.

• Seek out and engage with new business opportunities that correspond with the company's growth objectives.

• Build and sustain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

• Perform market research to uncover new trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.

• Analyze market data to craft and implement effective sales strategies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee successful product and service delivery.

• Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients and partners.

• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.

• Oversee and manage multiple projects and initiatives concurrently.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in the electronic security sector or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, particularly within the banking or financial services sector.

• Sales experience in Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore.

• Strong technical understanding of electronic security systems, including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and fire alarm systems.

• Demonstrated history of involvement in the complete sales cycle, from identifying new business opportunities to developing proposals, negotiating, and securing deals.

• Experience in formulating and executing successful sales strategies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to foster relationships with customers, partners, and industry leaders at an executive level.

• Strong analytical capabilities to assess market trends, recognize customer needs, and devise effective solutions.

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks concurrently.

• Awareness of the latest technologies and trends in electronic security, such as cloud-based solutions, IoT, and AI-driven analytics.

• A robust blend of technical knowledge, sales proficiency, and strong communication skills.

• Proficiency in conversational English and Hindi.
